The International Health Central American Institute Foundation (IHCAI), in San Jos�??�?�©, Costa Rica,�??�?� serves as�??�?� the Cochrane Developing Countries Network�??�?� Secretariat.�??�?� Iberoamerican Cochrane Centre provides intramural support provisionally.
During the period 2007-2008 the IHCAI Foundation covered all the Secretariat costs.
The CDCN has been possible thanks to the initiative and work of a group of developing countries.
